解轮作业中产生轴端墩粗现象的原因及解决“降级”问题的措施

摘要 运用弹性力学中的接触力学分析方法 ,分析了解轮过程中车轴轴端墩粗现象的原因 ,得出如下结论 :当解轮时的压退力很大且直接作用于轴端时 ,就不能排除轴端墩粗的可能性。应用解轮轴颈保护套可以较好地解决“降级”问题。 With the analysis method of contact mechanics in the elasticity mechanics, the causes to the axle end upsetting in the process of wheel disassembling are analyzed, and the following conclusions are obtained: In disassembling of wheels, if the compression is very great and applied directly upon the axle end, the possibility of axle end upsetting cannot be eliminated. With the axle journal protection sleeve in disassembling of wheels, the problem of “down grading” can be solved well.
