摘要
利用甘油与铜离子在碱性溶液中生成深蓝色络合物(甘油铜),该络合物在一定波长下存在最大吸光度的特点,建立了比色法测定甘油含量的方法。结果表明,最佳测定条件为:取CuSO4溶液(0 05g/mL)1mL与碱液(0 05g/mL)3 5mL,摇匀,加入处理后的样品,振荡12min,过滤,然后在波长630nm处测定吸光度。实测显示,所建立的测定方法操作简单、速度快,相对误差为-1 33%~4 33%,变异系数为0 546%。
Taking advantage of the product,existing most absorbency,formed by glycerol reaction with Cu^(2+) in basic solution,a colorimetric method to determine glycerol were put forward.The result shows that the optimum conditions are as following:the volume of CuSO_4 solution(0.05 g/mL)1 mL,the basic solution(0.05 g/ml)3.5 mL,the oscillatory time 12 min and the wavelength 630 nm.It is also suggested that the method has the advantages of accuracy,simplicity and rapidity.The relative error and variance coefficient are -1.33%~4.33% and 0.546% respectively.
