摘要
研究了草甘膦(Glyphosate)、农达(Roundup)、二甲四氯(MCPA-Na)、百草枯(Paraquat)对豚草(Ambrosiaartemisiifolia)的防除效果,并运用正交设计法,研究了二甲四氯和百草枯混用对豚草的防除效果。结果表明,草甘膦、农达、百草枯对豚草的防除有较好的效果,而百草枯和二甲四氯混用对豚草的防除效果最佳,其交互作用,经方差检验表现为差异显著,为协同作用。
This paper deals with MCPA-Na, Paraquat, Glyphosate, Roundup on control Ambrosia artemisiifolia. The effect on control Ambrosia artemisiifolia with MCPA-Na mixed Paraquat were studied in orthogonal design. The result showed the effect is better on control Ambrosia artemisiifolia with Paraquat, Glyphosate, Roundup, but the best is MCPA-Na mixed Paraquat, according to orthogonal design test, they showed synergism action.
