摘要
通过流化床生物质气化炉(气化强度为225kg/m2·h)的运行实践,分析了物料性质、料层结构对气化过程的影响,指出当物料含水量<20%、灰分<7%、粒度在20~50mm之间,料层厚度在0.5~0.8m之间时,气化效果较好,对改善气化过程具有指导意义。
By operating the fluidized bed biomass gasifier, which gasification capacity is 225 kg per m^2·h, the effect of material characteristic and bed construction on the gasification process is analyzed in this paper. It shows that the better gasification effect will be obtained when water content of material is less than 20%, ash content less than 7% and material granularity is between 20 to 50mm, bed thickness between 0.5 to 0.8m. Which can be used to improve gasification process.
