摘要
本文叙述了雷达中的一分为二,等分和不等分两种功率分配器的设计与研究。给出了设计公式,数据与试验结果,采用全铁氧体基片和厚膜工艺,制出了频率范围为4.1~4.8GHz的功率分配器,使用贴有微波吸收材料的盖板,有效地解决了因反射带来的影响。文中对文献[2,4,5]中的有关设计公式作了修正和讨论。
This article deals with the design and research of power divider of two different kinds used in radar divider with power distributed equally and unequally in two branches. The design formulas, data and experimental results are given. The power divider used in the frequency range 4.1 -4.8GHz is manufactured with full-ferrite substrate and thick film technology. The influence of reflection has been eliminated effectively by the cover coated with microwave absorbing material. This paper has revised the related design formulas in literature [2,4,5].
