摘要
目的 研究肺硬化性血管瘤 (SHL)增强CT特点及其与微血管密度 (MVD)的关系 ,并探讨其CT强化的基础。资料与方法 经手术及病理证实的SHL 16例 ,均行螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描 ,研究其强化特点并与病理结果对照。采用免疫组织化学方法 ,用CD 31抗体标记SHL组织血管内皮细胞 ,计算MVD。结果 增强后全部病例均呈显著强化 ,CT强化值为 4 3.2 3± 8.6 5HU。肿块直径 <3cm者 10例呈均匀强化 ,直径 >3cm者 6例呈不均匀强化。肿块的CT强化程度与血管密度呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 SHLCT增强呈显著强化 ,是由其内的MVD决定的。
Objective To study enhanced CT feature of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung (SHL) and its correlation with the intratumoral microvessel density (MVD).Materials and Methods Both plain and enhanced helical CT scanning were performed in 16 patients with pathologically proved SHL. The enhanced characteristics were observed and compared with the pathologic results. Using immunohistochemical technique, the endothelial cells of the blood vessels in the tumor were labeled with CD 31 antibody, and the MVD was calculated.Results Marked enhancement was seen in all lesions with the enhanced CT value of 43.23± 8.65HU. Homogeneous enhancement occurred in all 10 cases whose lesion was less than 3 cm, while heterogeneous enhancement was found in 6 cases with their lesions being larger than 3 cm. The enhanced degree was positively related to MVD of the lesion. Conclusion SHL shows marked enhancement on enhanced CT scans, the degree of enhancement is decided by MVD of the lesion. Enhanced CT scanning is of great value for the qualitative diagnosis of the disease.
