摘要
基于d’Alembert原理 ,分别建立了BKX -I型变轴数控机床伸缩轴上部、下部以及动平台的动力学模型 ,并综合形成了整台机床的动力学模型。最后以该机床加工球冠的一部分为实例进行了仿真计算 ,效果比较理想。方法简洁方便 。
In this paper, the kinetic models for the upper part, lower part of th e legs and the platform of BKX-I variable-axes numerical control machine tool ar e obtained with d'Alembert principle, then the kinetic model of the whole machin e tool could be derived. At last simulation based on some part of spherical crow n machining with this machine tool is carried out and the result is very good. T his method is simple and could build firm base for the real time control and dyn amic characteristics analysis of this kind of machine tool.
