介绍了一种对工件表面孔系之间距离的高精度测量系统 ,并详细讨论了圆心坐标的检测方法。在阐述用CCD实现图像采集的基础上 ,叙述了图像识别算法及其实现过程。这种方法可以较好地消除工件表面微划痕。

This paper demonstrated an high precise measure system to detect the d istance of serial holes on the surface of workpiece, and discussed a method to d etect the center coordinate of circular hole in detail. On the base of presented collection of image with CCD, stated algorithm of image identification and acco mplishing process. This method can quit good eliminate the unaccurate influence of detecting result which caused by the surface quality of circular hole, such a s micro nick and crack.
