摘要
针对轿车覆盖件高速离心喷涂涡轮机的开发 ,设计了一种新型的双环径向永磁轴承 ,建立了力学模型 ,提出了一种磁力和刚度的计算方法 ,并进行了模拟仿真和实验验证 。
Aiming at the development of high-speed centrifugal painting atomizer about coating parts in automobile, a kind of new two-ring radical permanent magn etic bearings is design. The mechanistic model is set up and a calculating metho d of magnetic force and stiffness. Simulation and experiment verification is att ained. Those theories provide basis for deeper analysis and design of atomizer.
