摘要
设计了一套液相物料纳米粉添加装置,它能在不添加其它化学试剂和不破坏基体原有特性的基础上,将SiO2纳米材料添加到环氧树脂基体中,使其分散相的尺寸达到纳米级,解决了SiO2纳米粉颗粒的在环氧树脂中团聚的问题,从理论上分析了该方法的分散机理,并用实验证明了方法的可行性。
A nanocomposites preparation system based on under-expanding jetflow theory is designed.The system can in-termix nanometer powder into liquid polymer dispersedly and evenly.Using this system,can intermix inorgan-ic nanometer material into polymer basis,make the size of dispersed phase arrive at nanometer scale without adding other chemistry reagent and destroying the chemic characteristic of the basis.This preparation method solved the problem of nanometer gran ules' reuniting in the composite.In the preparation experiment,we treat epoxy as basis material and nanometer SiO 2 as accession.The experiment result show the high in termix effect of the method.
