摘要
化霜控制是热泵空调器控制中一个较难的环节。目前使用的时间控制化霜、温差控制化霜以及微压差控制化霜都有其明显的缺点。通过对热泵空调系统结霜性能的模拟仿真 ,得出了蒸发器出口风速和蒸发温度的关系 ,并拟合成数学方程。根据该关系 ,提出了一种新的热泵空调系统化霜控制方法 ,很好地解决了热泵空调系统制热运行时的化霜控制问题。
The defrosting control is most difficult in the heat-pump air-conditioning system.There are some methods for defrosting control, such as defrosting controlled by time, defrosting controlled by temperature difference and defrosting controlled by tiny differential pressure. The relationship between the outlet wind velocity of the evaporator and the evaporation temperature is obtained with figure and mathematics equation after frosting performance of the heat-pump air-conditioning is simulated. According to the equation, a new defrosting control method of the heat-pump air-conditioning is suggested. It has its advantage compared with those traditional methods and will solve the defrosting control best in an air-conditioning system.
