基于介电常数法的便携式车用汽油辛烷值测定仪研究 被引量:8

摘要 随着汽油市场开放,很多土炼油、低标号油混入到成品油市场,购买这些油不仅影响消费者的利益,并且增加环境污染因素。汽油的辛烷值从化学分析角度来看是综合因素的体现,无法用单纯的某一成分确定。因此,选用介电常数法测量汽油的辛烷值,可以包含汽油的全部组分对辛烷值的影响,是比较理想的测量方法。根据确定的电容传感器测量不同标号的标准汽渍,得出多组电容与辛烷值数据,用最小二乘法得到电容与辛烷值的函数关系,就可以测量未知标号的汽油产品。因为电容传感器的参数离散性,仪器需要进行出厂标定,标定后的测量精度达到±0 1辛烷值单位。用介电常数法测量汽油辛烷值是比较理想的测量方法,但存在无法分辨添加剂影响的局限性。 Now,much of inferior oil have appeared in the product oil market,which not only hurt the consumer's benefits,but also pollute the entironment by using them.Octane value of gasoline can be influenced by multiple factors through chemical analysis.So the perfect method of dielectric coefficient is provided,which can reflect many factor's influences on octane value of gasoline.The capacitor sensor can be used in all kinds of mormal benzine.The functional equation of the capacitor value and octane value can be found by the method of least squares.furthermore,the marking of gasoline can be get.The instrument must be calibrated because of the discreteness of capacitor sensor.After that,its certainty of measurement can reach ±0.1 unit of octane value.The method of dielectric coefficient is ideal in the measurement of octane value of gasoline,but it can't authenticate the effect of additive in gasoline.
