从介绍空中下载(OTA)技术入手,探讨了几个有代表性的方案提供商在利用OTA实现STK/UTK卡业务菜单更新时采用的不同技术特色,并针对运营商该如何规划自己的网络来动态更新手机卡中业务菜单给出了建议。
Beginning with the presentation of OTA technolo-gy,it discusses several different solutions adapted by several representative solution providers in update of STK/UTK card menu item with OTA.It also gives suggestions on planning net-work to update dynamically card service menu item.
