软骨样汗管瘤型混合瘤1例

A Case of Chondroid Syringoma Type Mixed Tumor

患者男,41岁。上唇右侧结节1年余。皮肤科情况:上唇右侧可见一境界清楚的半球形淡红色结节,约1.2 cm×0.8 cm×0.2 cm大小,表面光滑,可见毛细血管扩张,质硬。病理显示:肿瘤团块位于真皮层,境界清楚,与表皮不粘连。肿瘤组织主要由上皮细胞和多形性间质成分构成。肿瘤间质成分多样,可见纤维化及黏液变性,间质软骨成分及多量脂肪组织。上皮及间质细胞均无异型性。诊断:软骨样汗管瘤型混合瘤。肿瘤手术切除后,目前随访8个月未见复发。

A 41-year-old male presented with solitary circular nodule on the right upper lip more than one year. Dermatological examination showed a solitary nodule sized 1.2 cm× 0.8 cm×0.2 cm on the right upper lip. The nodule was a clear hemispherical light tumor with smooth surface and capillary dilatation. Histopathological examination showed that the tumor mass was located in the dermis, with clear border, which was not connected with the epidermis. Tumor tissue was mainly composed of epithelial cells and polymorphic stroma. There were various interstitial components, such as fibrosis and mucous degeneration, interstitial cartilage and a lot of adipose tissue. Epithelium and interstitial cells had no atypia. Chondroid Syringoma type mixed tumor was diagnosed. No recurrence was found after eight months of follow-up.
