摘要
目的 :调查护理改革中高年资护士的流向情况 ,分析原因并提出对策 ,使护士群体适应改革 ,促进护理事业健康发展。方法 :回顾分析 4所医院93名 4 0岁以上护士在改革中的流向情况。结果 :护士群体对改革缺乏应对能力 ,护理人力资源浪费与不足并存 ,对护士角色和护理功能的定位存在偏差。结论 :护理人员应转变观念 ,积极应对改革 ;推进整体护理 ,体现护理工作的价值 ;注重护士的职业培养 ,提高护理工作满意度 ;合理安排高年资护士去向 ;
Objective:To investigate the transfer situation of the elderly nursing personnel in the nursing reform.Method:The transfer of 93 nursing workers above 40 years old.Result:The nursing group was reviewed lack adaptbility to nursing reform.The nursing human resourses were both waste and insufficient.There were deviation in the nurse role and the nurse function location.Conclusion:The nursing personnel must change their concept and adapt the nursing reform actively.The entire nursury is prompted and the value of the nursury reflected.The nursing profession train must be noticed and the nurses' satisfaction in the working must be raised.The transfer of the elderly nursing personnel must be done properly.The opportunity of nursing personnel for participating in the decision of the hospital administration is inreased.
