摘要
本文通过对订单评审进行系统的研究,重点针对中小制造企业订单评审中存在的问题进行分析,对订单评审的内容、方式和流程等进行梳理与总结。从专业性和可操作性的角度出发,构建了科学合理的订单评审指标体系,为中小制造型企业订单评审的有效运作提供了工作思路和操作方法。
In this paper,based on the research of the order review system,order review focusing on small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the analysis of existing problems,on the order review contents,methods and process of combing and summary.From the perspective of professional and operability,build the index system of scientific and rational order review,for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises order review of effective operation to provide the working ideas and operation method.
