摘要
在严格执行国家标准及行业标准规定下,大连某公司成功地制造了08Ni3DR钢制3000m^3低温球罐,实现了国产化,填补了国内空白。本文主要从原材料的质量、零部件的组焊、及产品最终检验等关键环节的严格控制,阐释了球罐制造技术要点及焊接技术控制措施。对今后08Ni3DR(-100℃冲击试验)材质球罐研究工作及提高制造技术水平都有一定的指导作用。
In strictly implements national standards and trade standards regulations,dalian jinding petrochemical company successfully created low temperature 08Ni3 DR steel spherical tank.Implement the localization,filled the domestic blank.This article mainly from the quality of raw materials,components of the compound,and the product final inspection and so on key link strict control,illustrates the key points of spherical tank manufacturing technology and welding technology of control measures.For future 08Ni3DR(100℃ impact test) material spherical tank research work and improve the level of manufacturing technology has a certain guiding role.
