随着装备制造业的发展,压力容器设计压力越来越高,体积越来越大,向着厚重大方向发展,带动了封头的设计与制作向厚重大方向发展。压力容器封头的厚度是封头的重要参数,是决定产品能否安全运行的关键指标之一。为此在设计和制作中都非常重视,并进行了明确了规定,但一些标准的规定与实际运行还是有不相适应之处,需要改进行以适应实际制作与检验。

With the development of equipment manufacturing industry,the development of pressure vessel design towards to high pressure,large volume,thickness and heavy.It drives the development of head design and manufacture towards to thickness and heavy.The thickness of the pressure vessel head is an important parameter;it is one of the key indicators that determine whether the product is in safe operation.Therefore,this indicator is made much importance in design and production;and the definite provision is conducted.But some provisions of the standard are still incompatible with the actual operation of the department,it needs to change in order to adapt to the actual production and test.
