摘要
非开挖检测技术对埋地管道的安全和经济运行具有重要的作用,而PCM外防腐层检测是埋地钢质管道非开挖检测的重要内容。本文介绍了PCM外防腐层检测的基本原理,并结合工程实例,介绍了两端有钢塑转换接头的埋地钢质管道的PCM检测方法以及埋地钢质管道在不具备导电连续性时的PCM检测技术,以便更好地发挥PCM在管道检测中的作用。
Non excavation inspection technology has important effect on the safety and economic operation of buried pipeline, and it is an important part of external anticorrosive coating inspection for using PCM on the non excavation testing of buried steel pipeline. This article describes the basic principle of PCM testing for external anticorrosive coating. According to the practical experience, the application of PCM on buried steel pipeline with steel-plastic adapter on both ends has been introduced. This article has also introduced the PCM testing technology on the condition of non electric conductivity of buried steel pipeline. Thus PCM can play an important role in the inspection of pipeline.
