摘要
本文通过利用JGS-1CM和ER55-B2两种焊丝分别焊接15Cr Mo G无缝钢管的实验,经过对焊接过程和焊接接头的实验数据比较,得出JGS-1CM的性能不亚于ER55-B2,所以JGS-1CM也符合《锅炉安全技术监察规程》。
In this article, through the experiment of welding wire JGS-1CM and ER55-B2 welding on the 15 Cr Mo G seamless steel tube, we contrast the data of welding process and welding joint, come to a conclusion that the property of JGS-1CM as good as ER55-B2, so JGS-1CM also accord with Steam Boiler Safety Technology Supervisory Regulations.
