摘要
污泥是污水处理的副产物,具有亲水性的胶团结构,因此脱水性能差,严重影响后续的脱水与焚烧处理过程,对其进行调理提高其脱水性能是提高焚烧过程经济性的重要保证。化学调理是通过向污泥中投加一定量的调理剂,在污泥胶体颗粒表面起化学反应,中和污泥颗粒的电荷,破坏污泥胶体颗粒的稳定性,增大凝聚力,使分散的小颗粒相互聚集成大颗粒,从而促使水从污泥颗粒表面分离出来的一种污泥调理方法。本文对国内外污泥化学调理技术的现状和研究进展进行了综述,以期为提高污泥的脱水性能提供一定的指导。
Sludge is the by-product of wastewater treatment with hydrophilic micelle structure, its dehydration performance is poor. All these seriously influenced subsequent dehydration process and incineration process. Improving the dewatering performance by conditioning is the important guarantee to improve the economy of incineration process. Chemical conditioning is a sludge conditioning method by adding a certain amount of chemical conditioners into sludge, result in chemical reaction on the surface of colloidal particles in the sludge, neutralize the sludge particle charge, destroy the stability of the sludge colloidal particles, and increase the cohesive force, thus making the scattered small particles together into larger particles, so as to promote water separated from the sludge particles surface. In this paper, the present situation and research progress of domestic and foreign sludge chemical conditioning technology were reviewed in order to provide some guidance for improving the dewatering performance of sludge.
