摘要
本文研究了不同热处理方式对Q345R(HIC)钢组织和性能的影响。研究表明,材料经正火(空冷)后,韧性较好,屈服强度低于标准下限值要求。材料经正火(水冷)+回火后,强度和韧性适中,符合湿H2S腐蚀环境中使用的要求。
Effect of different heat treatment processes on microstructure and properties of Q345R(HIC) steel was studied in this paper. The results show that, material has good toughness, but the yield strength is lower than the standard requirement after normalizing(air cooling). And it has moderate strength and toughness after normalizing(water cooling) and tempering, which meets the requirements in wet H2 S corrosion environment.
