废热锅炉是焦化乙二醇项目中最重要、工作条件苛刻的换热设备,其结构设计、承压零部件材料选用、按时高质量完成制造任务制约着整个装置的建设和安全运行。本文简单介绍了新型废热锅炉的结构特点、关键零部件材料的选用、制造工艺难点以及关键部位的制造。

Waste heat boiler is the most important and demanding heat exchange equipment in the coking ethylene glycol project. Its structural design, selection of pressure-bearing parts and materials, and timely completion of high-quality manufacturing tasks restrict the construction and safe operation of the entire plant. This paper briefly introduces the structural characteristics of the new waste heat boiler, the selection of key component materials, the manufacturing process difficulties and the manufacture of key parts.
