摘要
对工业纯钛TA1(δ=1.0)钛板的塑性指标断后伸长率在国家标准GB/T3621-2012和日本标准JIS H 4600-2012中合格判定值的差异进行试验研究。国家标准GB/T3621-2012中规定的试样为比例试样,日本标准JIS H 4600-2012中为定标距非比例试样,因为试样尺寸及原始标距的不同,所以塑性指标断后伸长率的值存在明显差异,采用标距(L0=20mm)的比例试样测得的断后伸长率的值明显高于定标距(L0=50mm)的非比例试样;并对两组试验数据进行不确定度评定。
The difference of quali?cation value of percentage elongation after fracture about titanium plate with commercial pure titanium(δ=1.0)between Chinese standard GB/T3621-2012 and Japanese standard JIS H 4600-2012 has been experimented.More specifically,the sample in Chinese standard GB/T3621-2012 is proportional sample,while the sample in Japanese standard JIS H 4600-2012 is nonproportional sample with?xed gauge length.The difference of plastic index,which is percentage elongation after fracture,is caused by sample size and original gauge length.Simulation results show that the percentage elongation after fracture of proportional sample whose gauge length is 20 mm is more than that of nonproportional sample whose gauge length is 50 mm.And the uncertainty evaluation of the two experiments data has been analyzed.
