摘要
本文以材质为9Ni钢50000m^3LNG双层结构低温储罐为例,通过分析9Ni钢材料的工艺原理及性能特点,详实地阐述了储罐的施工工序、建造工艺、焊接工艺以及根据9Ni钢材料的性能特点,采取了有效的防止措施,保证施工及焊接质量,开发总结形成了大型LNG低温储罐及9Ni钢材料应用于LNG双层结构储罐的施工及焊接技术。
Taking the low-temperature storage tank with double-layer structure of 50000 m^3 LNG made of 9Ni steel as an example,this paper elaborates in detail the construction process,construction process,welding process and the performance characteristics of 9Ni steel by analyzing the technological principle and performance characteristics of 9Ni steel,and takes effective preventive measures to ensure the construction and welding quality.A large LNG low-temperature storage tank has been developed and summarized.The 9Ni steel material is applied to the construction and welding technology of LNG double-deck storage tank.
