摘要
釜式蒸发器属于制冷工业用换热设备。根据蒸发器的使用状况和设计参数,通过对壳程筒体进行设计温度和设计压力、最低使用温度和相应的饱和压力下的强度计算和应力校核,确定了其处于低温低应力工况,进而明确了蒸发器的设计、制造、检验和验收均不必遵守关于低温容器的规定,能够达到降低成本和缩短工期的目的。从管板、滑板和换热管与管板连接结构等方面对釜式蒸发器进行了合理的结构设计。通过安全泄放装置的设计计算,进行了安全阀的正确选型。给出了釜式蒸发器的耐压试验及无损检测方法。研究结果为低温低应力工况压力容器的设计提供了可供借鉴的经验。
The refrigeration evaporator is a heat exchanger.Combined with the using status and design parameter,the strength calculation and stress check of evaporator shell are accomplished under the condition of design temperature and design pressure,the lowest application temperature and the corresponding saturated pressure.The results are reflected that the evaporator is under the condition of low temperature combined with low stress.The design,the manufacture,the checkout and the acceptability can be confirmed which don’t complied with low temperature vessel.By reason of the analysis,the cost is debased and the time limit is shortened.The reasonable structure is designed for the kettle evaporator from several aspects,such as the tube board,the skate board,the connecting structure between the hot-exchange tube and the tube board.The speci?cation type of safety valve is given by calculation.The pressure test sequence and nondestructive detection method are gained.It provides reference for the design of pressure vessel under the low temperature combined with low stress.
