Inspection Methods for Positioning Weld Seam of Welded Joints without Reinforcement

特种设备检验时有些焊接接头的余高已经磨平,难以准确定位焊缝的位置,给特种设备定期检验带来困难。本文利用特种设备检验行业常用的设备仪器,阐述了可以用于定位焊缝位置的几种检测方法,供特种设备检验等相关应用参考。

During the inspection of special equipment,it is difficult to positioning weld seam of welded joints without reinforcement,which brings difficulties to the regular inspection of special equipment.In this paper,several inspection methods that can be used to position the weld seam are described by using the equipment and instruments commonly used in the special equipment inspection industry,which can be used as reference for special equipment inspection and other related applications.
