大连金鼎石化公司目前在马来西亚顺利完成了13306m^3国内体积最大的SA516Gr70钢制球罐组焊,取得了ASME检验机构签发的产品数据报告。本文主要针对13306m^3球罐整体热处理相关因素进行分析,阐释了大型球罐热处理应对的控制措施。对今后大型球罐整体热处理成功率的保证和提高内燃法整体热处理技术水平都有一定的借鉴意义。

Dalian Jinding Petrochemical Company has successfully completed the welding of the largest steel spherical tank of SA516 Gr70 of 13306 m^3 in Malaysia,and obtained the product data report issued by ASME inspection agency.This paper mainly analyzes the related factors of the overall heat treatment of 13306 m^3 spherical tank,and explains the control measures for the heat treatment of large spherical tank.It can be used for reference to ensure the success rate of integral heat treatment of large spherical tank and improve the technical level of integral heat treatment by internal combustion.
