茶树叶部病害病原菌Phoma segeticola var.camelliae的生物学特性研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用皿内测定方法对贵州省石阡县茶树叶部病害Phoma segeticola var. camelliae进行病原生物特性的研究。结果表明,其病原菌可在PDA、OA和MEA培养基上生长,生长速率差异不明显。病原菌适宜在OA培养基上产孢。碳素和氮素营养可影响菌株的生长及菌丝色素的形成。25℃是菌株体外适宜生长温度,菌株在中性条件下生长速度最快,但可适应偏酸和偏碱条件。菌株可在PDB培养基中生长,线性生长期大致为36~120 h。 Biological characteristics of Phoma segeticola var. camelliae causing tea foliage disease in tea plantation from Shiqian county in Guizhou province were studied by in-dish determination method. The results showed that the pathogen can grow on the medium of PDA, OA and MEA with no significant difference on growing rate. OA medium was suitable for producing conidium, and carbon and nitrogen nutrition had influence on growth of the strain and the formation of hyphal pigment. The optimal condition for strain growth was at 25 ℃ and neutral in vitro, with adaption to weak acid or mild alkali. The strain can grow in PDB medium with the logarithmic phase during 36-120 hr.
