摘要
大肠杆菌内毒素休克狗注射内毒素后血浆去甲肾上腺素迅速升高,在代偿期逐渐下降,接近于原水平,有的动物临死前又升至较高水平。正常麻醉狗静注654—2能使血浆中去甲肾上腺素短暂降低。内毒素休克大鼠虹膜的去甲肾上腺素荧光强度明显比对照鼠弱,注654—2鼠其荧光强度略高于休克大鼠,低于对照鼠。结果提示:654—2有间接抑制儿茶酚胺释放的可能性。
Plasma NA levels in dogs with E. coli endotoxic shock were studied. It showed elevation both in acute reactive phase as well as decompensation period, but it remained to the preinjection level during the compensation period. The fluorescence intensity of NA in iris showed decreasing since 30′ after injection, and also much weaker in the decompensation period. Injection of 654-2 to anesthetized dogs revealed marked depress of releasing VA in the 5′ and 30′after injection endotoxin. It showed no changes of fluorescence intensity since 654-2 to the rats. These results indicated that 654-2 probably suppresses the releasing of NA in an indirect way which is the part of reflex arch.
