农村剩余劳动力的转移是经济发展和全面实现小康社会的客观要求,文章通过对我国农民科技文化素质现状及低素质劳动力转移难度的分析,说明农民的科技文化素质是影响农村剩余劳动力转移的关键,并有针对性地提出农民科技文化素质培养的措施。

The transfer of the surplus rural labor force is the requirement of economic development and objective for realizing the well - off society. This article tries to explain that the key influence on transfer of the surplus rural labor force is the agricultural scientific and technological cultural quality of peasants. It analyses the current situation of scientific and technological cultural quality of peasants and the degree of difficulty in transferring the low quality labor force in our countryside. It proposes that peasants’ scientific and technological cultural quality trained pointedly.
