防雷接地技术在油库建设工程中的应用

Engineering Application of Grounding Technology for Lightning Protection in Oil Depot Project

石油库建设工程必须高度重视防雷、防静电的问题。本文试就油库建设工程的防雷、防静电的特殊性,接地网布局,及其研究的可靠性做一些探讨,采取相应的措施,使设计、施工严格按规范进行,以期达到防火、防爆、安全有保障的目的。

Importance must be attached to lightning protection and electrostatic prevention in oil depot projects. In this paper, the particularity of grounding technology for lightning protection in oil depot projects, the layout of grounding mat, and the reliability in these research are discussed. At mean time, some countermeasures are put forward to make oil depots be designed and constructed strictly according to criterion, and to realize the purpose of preventing fire and explosion, and to guarantee security of oil depots.
