立定跳远是一个主要训练人下肢爆发力、腰腹力量和上下肢协调能力的比较全面的项目,从动作技术方面看:它主要通过蹬腿摆臂、展腹、收腹举腿、团身落地动作完成。
Halt long jump is a comprehensive item to train mans eruption force of lower limbs, waist and abdomen force, coordination ability of upper and lower limbs. From the angle of sports skills, it is mainly achieved by bouncing legs, swaying arms, stretching abdomen, contracting abdomen, raising legs, curling up body and touching down.
