进行决策分析是每一个人、每个组织时时刻刻都在进行的事,只是事件大小之别,但它的过程及行径还是如此的耐人寻味。本文用简单的文字、简短的文句、简易的案例,结合教学实践,分析了企业经营决策的基本理论及技术方法,试图打开企业科学决策分析小部分的面纱,希望提供更多的基础来思考决策分析的科学性问题。

Decision analysis is done by everybody and each organization at any time.The difference is the size of the events,but the course and way are so thought-provoking.This text uses the simple characters,brief sentences, simple and easy cases,combines teaching practice,analyzes basic theory and technical methods of enterprise’s busi- ness decision,and attempts to open the small masks of enterprise’s scientific decision,hoping to provide basis to think about more scientific problems in decision analysis.
