摘要
本文论述了网络环境下高职图书馆员必备的素质。图书馆作为学院图书资料、信息中心,必须加强队伍建设,努力提高馆员素质,为学院的教学和科研提供高质量、高层次的服务。
The necessary capability of a college librarian in the network environment has been presented in this paper.Library is the information and data center of the college,so it is necessary to improve the capability of librarians in order to provide better service for the faculty and students.
