摘要
本文从理论与实践两个方面,分析了农民素质低下影响农业科技成果转化的原因及对农业科技成果转化的不利影响,并有针对性地提出了相应的措施。
Both in theory and in practice,this article has analyzed the reasons why the lower qualities of peasants affect the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological results,and their negative impacts on this transfor- mation.In addition,a series of measures in dealing with the problem have been set forth in this article.
