本文对教学成功的三大条件进行了分析,尝试从以下方面来诠释教师的教学艺术,即情感投入是教学成功的先决条件;鼓励信任是教学成功的必要条件;创新教法是成功的重要条件。

This article analyzes three terms which make teaching succeed and tries to explain teachers’teaching art in the following aspects,which are emotion investing is a prerequisite to succeed in teaching,encouragement and belief is a successful requirement to get success in teaching and innovative teaching method is an important factor to succeed.
