办学特色问题是高等职业技术教育改革发展中的热门话题。高等职业技术学校为了适应社会、经济、科学技术和人才市场的需要,必须增强自己的办学实力和竞争能力,充分发挥各种优势,找到自己的立足点、生长点,也就是说,要创建和突出自己的办学特色,以特色求生存和发展,以特色求质量与效益,但是,由于我国高等职业技术教育办学时间不长,理论和实践积累不多,人们对办学特色问题的认识还不够深入,有必要对其进行全面系统的研究与探索。
