高层次创造性人才是在各个领域有强烈的事业心和社会责任感,有创新精神和能力,为国家发展做出重大贡献,在我国特别是在世界领先的带头人和杰出人才。我国应大力构建和创新高层次创造性人才培养的模式与机制。文章从高层次人才的内涵、素养及培养思路、措施等方面进行了探讨。

High-level creative talented person is the one who has the intense enterprising spirit and sense of social responsibility, the enterprising spirit and the ability in each field, and makes major contribution to the country developments. He should be also the one who takes the lead and is distinguished talented person in our country especially in the world. Our country should greatly construct and innovate the pattern and mechanism of high-level creative talented person. In this article, connotation, qualities, cultivation ways and measures are discussed.
