摘要
《物权法》历经十四年修订终于在今年出台,对物业管理市场的发展会产生深远的影响。规范了物业管理,保护了业主和物业管理企业的权益,解决了物业管理活动中许多亟待解决的问题,同时有些内容需要进一步完善。
The Law of Property Management Rights was revised and issued this year at last through 14 years. It will have a far-reaching impact on development of the market of estate management. It standardized the estate management, protected the rights and interests of owners and estate management enterprise, and solved a lot of problems to be solved urgently in the management. At the same time, some contents need further improving.
