摘要
在四轴数控铣床上进行轮廓加工时,按常规方法编程,加工出的转角易产生形状误差,其圆柱面上的素线,向内发生明显的歪斜。本文对这种加工误差产生的原因进行了数学分析,通过更改数值计算的方法解决这个问题。
During the profile machining on the four shafts milling machine of numerical control, the corner will bring formal error easily, and the line on the columnar surface will be tilted obviously, according to the general program method. The paper makes mathematical analysis on the causation of error in profile machining, and resolves the problem using altering the method in numerical calculation.
