从城市、市民和工业三个非农角度看新农村建设中的农村、农民和农业问题,认为新农村建设要用城乡共生、共同发展,市民和农民收益共享、共同提高,农业和工业相互促进、协调发展的思路进行建设。

In this paper,from the perspective of three "non-agriculture"-the city,resident of a city and industry,the problem of rural,peasant and agriculture are commented in new rural construction,thinks that city and countryside colacobisis,common development,the resident of a city and peasant avails improve shared,improve commonly,the agriculture and industry promote mutually,the coordinated growth are necessary in new rural construction
