钳工实习教学初探

A Tentative Study on the Practice Teaching of the Benchwork

钳工实习是我院机电类专业的重要实训教学内容之一。长期以来,钳工实习教学总是让学生感觉到枯燥乏味,训练机械单调、课题缺乏新意。再加之钳工是以手工操作为主,劳动强度大的工种,所以总让学生对钳工实习望而却步。本文试对实习计划、工艺分析、教师示范以及巡回指导、课后总结等教学过程和方法进行了一些探索和改进,使得实习教学效果、学生的实践操作能力都得到较大幅度提升。

The benchwork practice is one of the important teaching courses in our mechanical and electrical department.For long time,the teaching of benchwork practice always makes the students feel tedious and monotonous in machine training.Meanwhile the topic on the benchwork practice lacks creativity.Furthermore,the benchwork adds pains to the students,for it mainly relies on handicraft operation and requires great strength of labor.Based on the above situation,this paper tries to make a tentative study on the practice planning,technological analysis,teachers’ demonstration,circuit touring and summarization of after-classes so as to gradually improve the efficiency of the practice teaching and the practical abilities of the students.
