《简爱》两种译本中男女形象的比较研究——在女性主义视域下

Comparative Research on Male and Female Images in Two Translation Editions of Jane Eyre——in the Vision of Female

《简爱》是英国著名女作家夏洛特的作品。作者通过女主人公成长的故事反映了女性可以通过个人的努力,摆脱男性的歧视和压迫,同时也反映了作者个人的女性主义观点。本文选择女性译者祝庆英和男性译者曾凡海、吴江皓的两种译本比较,他们对男女形象的不同译法,来揭示女性译者在翻译时所表现出来的女性意识和身份认同。

Jane Eyre was the work of English famous female writer Charlotte.The author showed in the work that a female could get rid of the masculine discrimination and the oppression through individual endeavor.The work also reflected the author Charlotte’s own feminine principle viewpoint.This article chose two translation editions translated by a female translator named Zhu Qingying and two male translators named Zeng Fanhai and Wu Jianghao as examples.By comparing their different translations to the male and female images,the article promulgated the feminine translator’s feminine consciousness and status approval when she was translating.
