Construct Operational Mechanism of Normalizing Electron Government Affairs——Investigation and Study Report About Construction of Yichang Electron Government Affairs

在全球化和信息化背景下,电子政务越来越成为各级政府部门开展政务工作的重要途径,电子政务建设也正在逐步成为各级政府部门的当务之急。民进宜昌市委会电子政务建设调研组对宜昌市电子政务建设工作进行了调研。本文在调研的基础上,总括了宜昌市近年来电子政务建设所取得的成绩和存在的问题,提出了构建电子政务常态化运行机制的建议。

Under the globalization and informationization background,electronic government affairs become more and more important for all levels of government departments to do the government affairs work.The construction of electronic government affairs gradually become the urgent matter.The investigation and study group in Yichang committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy investigated the construction of electronic government affairs in Yichang city.Based on investigation and study,this article summed up the result and the existence question in recent years and put forward some proposals about constructing operational mechanism of normalizing electron government affairs.
