本文分析了当前高职院校就业指导师资队伍建设面临的主要问题,探索了以就业指导中心为核心,以辅导员、班主任为骨干,以心理咨询教师为补充,强化职业资格认证、开展专业培训与课题研究等就业指导教师培训学习机制,建设以专为主、专兼结合的就业指导教师队伍的基本思路和主要措施。

This article analyzes the currently main problems on the construction of the career guidance teachers group in high vocational colleges.The article also explores on the basic thoughts and main measures of building the career guidance teachers group that take the guidance centers as the core,the instructors and the class teachers as the backbone,the psychological counsels as the supplement,which is mainly depended on the full-time career guidance teachers and assisted by other teachers.And it forms the training mechanism of the career guidance teachers about strengthening vocational qualifications;carrying out professional training and research projects,which achieved significant practical effects already.
