摘要
本文从高职院校房地产策划专业的发展现状出发,对高职院校房地产策划专业在专业发展和人才培养模式上做了一些探讨,提出了基于工作过程的课程构建体系和基于项目导向的课程教学设计体系。
The article firstly studies the current development of real estate planning major in vocational colleges. Then it analyses the training mode of real estate planning major.Finally the article suggests a curriculum system based on working process and a design for project -based teaching.
