Exploration on the construction of Practical Training Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

实训师资队伍直接关系到实训教学活动的开展,关系到教学质量的高低。而高职院校实训师资队伍却普遍存在数量、素质、结构等方面的问题,为此,必须通过确立实训教学的核心地位、改善实训教师的来源结构、制订实训人才的引进计划、加强实训教师的培训提升、完善实训教师的激励机制、发挥兼职教师的补充作用、实施理实一体化教学模式改革等多种措施来解决,努力打造一支数量充足、素质合格、结构合理的实训师资队伍,为推进高职院校的建设和发展作出应有的贡献。

The construction of the experimental teachers directly relates to the development of the experimental teaching activities and the level of teaching.And vocational colleges experimental teachers have widespread problems with quantity,quality and structure,etc.Therefore,the following reform measures can be taken to solve the problems,such as establishing the core position of the experimental teaching,improving the structure of the source of the experimental teachers,formulating the plans of introduction of qualified experimental personnel, strengthening the experimental teachers training,improving the incentives mechanism for the experimental teachers, attracting part-time teachers to play a complementary role and implementing Theory and Practice integrated teaching model.In this way vocational colleges will the establish qualified laboratory Team in sufficient quantity to better promote their construction and development.
