From the aspects of Yichang phosphorus chemical industry development status,qualified personnel the chemical industry demands for and the employment situation of graduates,this paper analyzes how vocational chemical engineering can carry out teaching reform,for example,curriculum reform to adapt to local economic development and achieve sustainable development of vocational education.
