在经济全球化、知识信息化、科学技术飞速发展、产业结构不断调整的时代背景下,提高人才培养质量已成为教育工作者面临的紧迫而重要的课题。高职院校必须树立科学的人才培养质量观,准确把握人才培养质量观的内涵,构建科学的人才培养质量评价体系,努力提高高职院校人才培养质量。

With the fast development of science and technology, economic globalization, knowledge informationi zation, and industrial structure adjustment, improving talent-cultivating quality has become an important subject to educators. It is essential that higher vocational schools set up a scientific concept of talent-cultivating quality, grasp its connotation and establish a quality estimate system to improve talent-cultivating quality.
